BiLD Architects PLLC is an architectural design firm based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Bevan Brawner, AIA LEED AP BD+C
Bevan graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Architecture in 1999. Prior to becoming a Principal Architect at BiLD, Bevan spent his career practicing Architecture in Northwest Arkansas focusing on educational, religious, commercial, and residential projects. Bevan is a registered Architect with the State of Arkansas, Colorado, and Texas. He is also a LEED accredited professional with a specialty in Building Design + Construction.
Clay McGill, AIA
Clay graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Architecture in 2001 and has practiced architecture as a project manager in Little Rock, AR and Northwest Arkansas prior to becoming Principal Architect at BiLD Architects, PLLC. Clay is a registered Architect in the State of Arkansas and Missouri and currently resides in Fayetteville, AR with his wife Sara and their 4 children.
Michael Spaeth, AIA
Michael holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Arkansas, School of Architecture. Prior to becoming a Principal Architect at BiLD Architects PLLC, Michael was a project manager for three other firms in Northwest Arkansas and Germany. Michael is a registered Architect in the State of Arkansas and Oklahoma. He currently resides in Bentonville, AR, with his wife Tina and his three daughters.
Sara graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Interior Design in 2006 and is a licensed Interior Designer. Sara always likes to achieve a high design standard by creating forward thinking interior environments. Providing each client with the best level of service and attention is top priority. Sara’s goal is to continue to always be educated on current interior design trends for all types of building projects. She works with her husband, Clay of BiLD Architects. They are blessed with two sons and two daughters. They reside in Fayetteville, AR.
Conner graduated from the Fay Jones School of Architecture + Design in 2020, where she developed an interest in community-driven design, adaptive reuse, and custom fabrication. She attended the University of Arkansas Rome Center, and as a student she worked at BiLD Architects for three years before joining the firm as an intern architect.
Graham graduated from the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture + Design in 2018 where he worked as a teaching assistant. Before joining BiLD Architects, Graham did residential design work in Northwest Arkansas. Since joining BiLD, he has led the innovation of rendering production as well as mentoring new staff.
Justice graduated in the Fall of 2021 minoring in planning, sustainability, and history of architecture at the Fay Jones School of Architecture + Design. She recently graduated with a B.S degree in Architecture Studies and is a keen believer in sustainable design.
Mason is a third year student at the Fay Jones School of Architecture + Design. He is currently in the Honors Program at the University of Arkansas and his favorite course is History of Architecture. Mason is a young designer that is eager to learn how projects come together in a professional practice.
