Description

The Blackhive Office Building was completed in 2021 with Napa Construction in Fayetteville, Arkansas off of Vantage Drive.  The project is a 2-story Office building consisting of 16,030 SF including a 337 SF exterior deck.  The program consisted of a large retail space at the First floor, Reception area, Open Office Areas, Exercise Room with Showers, Large Conference Room, and Private Offices.  Exterior finishes included brick, aluminum storefront, and Stucco finish system. The design intent was meant for creating a space for the client to showcase their product and create an open office feeling for the building occupants with a lot of natural light.
