The Hughes Street Duplexes are located along the South side of the street on the block between Storer and Leverett Ave in Fayetteville, AR.  It includes 2 single family units: (1) 2-story, 3 bedroom unit and (1) 2-story, 4 bedroom unit and 4 duplex units: (2) 3-story, 4 bedroom units with walk-out basement and (2) 2-story, 3 bedroom units.

The units feature a luxury modern design aesthetic with varying exterior color schemes and rooflines, while utilizing low maintenance materials like brick, fiber cement panel, and stucco, making them ideal rental units in a growing part of town.

The project was developed for the Sage Partners group and was completed in early Summer 2020.
