Arkansas BlueCross BlueShield – Fayetteville Regional Office Remodel

Construction has recently been completed for the Fayetteville Regional Office Remodel for Arkansas BlueCross BlueShield.  We enjoyed the awesome teamwork on this great project working with Arkansas BlueCross BlueShield and  Baldwin & Shell to see this successful project be completed.   The client occupies the entire 13,000 SF on the first floor of the existing building located on Millsap Road in Fayetteville, AR.  The project included an approximately 3,600 SF remodel of the Customer Service side of the facility to update to current branding, materials, and layout to meet there vision for servicing their customers. There was also an approximate 1,050 SF remodel in the East Lobby of the Operations side of the building to create a Training Room and Hospitality Area. The project team was tasked to phase the construction of the project so that there was no interruption in either Customer Service or Operations. Phase 1 included completing the Operations Lobby first and shifting Customer service to this location until Phase 2 was completed. Exterior improvements included updates to exterior wall and monument signage branding as well as security improvements.
