North Cedar Townhomes

We have recently completed the design and construction document phase of the North Cedar Townhomes project and construction is starting very soon. The project will be located at the Corner of North Street and Oakland in Fayetteville, Arkansas and encompass almost the entire block less an existing residence.  The project consists of (8) duplex townhomes at approximately 3,200-3,400 SF each.  The Townhomes will consist of either 3 0r 4 bedroom units with open kitchen, dining space and living room space. Each will also have a 2-car garage. The design goal was to make all the Townhomes similar in materials and detailing, but also provide each Townhome with its own unique identity.  The exterior materials will consist of accent cedar siding, simulated stone, stucco, and accent wood screening elements.  We look forward to to seeing this project under construction with an anticipated completion in 2017.
