The Star Lofts – Downtown Springdale

The Star Lofts have started construction with the demolition phase on-going at the Historic building located at 101 West Spring Street in Downtown Springdale. Much of the upstairs demolition will take place after structural reinforcing of the existing roof structure is completed. The upstairs will consist of remodeling of approximately 4,500 SF into loft apartments with (5) one bedroom apartments and (2) two bedroom apartments. The Lofts will have covered parking at the East lot and have direct access to many amenities within close walking distance to restaurants off Emma Street, adjacent parks, and bike trails. The first floor which housed a previous restaurant will look to attract another future tenant in the near future. The design intent was to maintain the character of the original building as much as possible.  We look forward to sharing completion photos for an awesome before and after contrast!
