Van Buren Health and Rehabilitation Addition

Construction has started on a 16,177 SF addition to the Van Buren Health and Rehabilitation Center in Van Buren, AR. The Addition will house 31 new bedrooms for the Skilled Nursing Facility. Each bedroom will have a bathroom. There will be a new Nurses Station, Commons/Dining Area, Activities Room, and new Lobby/Reception/Entrance.  The Addition wing will be added to the South side of the existing 38,569 SF building.  Site challenges including cutting into an existing hillside and adding in a large retaining wall. Exterior materials include Brick, Fiber Cement Siding, and EIFS to help tie in with the existing Stucco Building. We look forward to working the Rick Mooney Construction on this project and expect completion by the end of Winter 2020.  Check back as we send construction photos along the way!
