Vantage Drive Office Building

Construction has started on the Vantage Drive Office Building off of 3930 Vantage Drive in Fayetteville, AR with Napa Construction LLC .  The project is scheduled to be completed in the Spring of 2020. The building will be a 2-story 39,278 SF Multi-tenant Office building with 171 parking spaces. The building is steel framed with exterior materials including Composite (ACM) panel, Stucco Finish System, Brick, and Aluminum Storefront glazing.
