BNSF Logistics US Headquarters Construction Progress

We were on site earlier this week to review progress on the new office building for BNSF Logistics located at the corner of South 48th Street and Watkins Avenue in Springdale.  CR Crawford Construction made good progress earlier this year to complete the building pad and site rough grading and place rock base down before the winter weather hit.  This has allowed crews to quickly remove snow and continue work between winter weather events.  With good weather again, crews have been working to install the under slab plumbing and electrical line rough-ins in preparation for forming of the concrete slab.  Concrete foundations and slabs are expected to begin later this month.
