One Uptown – Parking Deck

The One Uptown Parking Deck has recently started construction in the Pinnacle area in Rogers, AR with Crossland Construction.  The parking deck will be located directly behind the recent One Uptown Commercial Tenant Building. The deck is 49,757 SF at the grade level and 46,335 SF at the elevated deck. It will provide 250 parking spaces including a large secure storage area. This parking deck will be a key asset to the One Uptown building occupants.
