Rowhouses on Park – Springdale

The Rowhouses on Park are currently under construction in Springdale, AR. The project is located at the corner of Park Street and Grove Avenue near Downtown Springdale. The scope of the project includes (7) seven 2-story apartments with approximately 1,385 SF each. Each apartment will have a living space, kitchen, storage, laundry/mech., and half bath on the first floor. The second floor will have (2) two bedrooms, (2) two baths, and closets.  The construction is wood framing with brick and fiber cement lap siding with low slope membrane roof. We look forward to seeing this project completed with Ross Construction and helping add much needed housing near the Downtown area of Springdale.
