Siloam Springs Northside Elementary Library Addition

The Siloam Springs Northside Elementary Addition was completed in the Summer of 2018.  The addition was approximately 3,500 SF and included site improvements. The addition encloses  an existing courtyard area at the East side of the building. The structure was a steel framed roof with load bearing CMU walls. Exterior materials included brick to match existing and metal panel. Aluminum storefront was added at the corners to allow natural light into small reading areas. High clerestory windows were also added for natural light throughout the space.
